Meet the Mentor - Nitambini Samantaray
I am Nitambini Samantaray, a creator who believes that beautiful things can come from what we often overlook.
In the insurance sector as an HR, I learned how to manage people, expectations, and performance under pressure, balancing organizational goals with individual potential. My time in manpower consultancy gave me a deep, ground-level understanding of hiring, workforce behaviour, and what truly makes someone the “right fit”, not just on paper, but in reality. Later, in the education space, I focused on training and development, working directly with individuals to help them discover their strengths and push beyond their limitations.
Today, I bring all of that experience into career counselling.

Who is this program for?
From Unseen to Unstoppable is mainly for women who have spent years caring for everyone else and somewhere along the way lost touch with themselves, their creativity, happiness or identity.
It is especially for homemakers, women on career breaks and women who feel that something is missing from their life even when everything looks fine from outside.
Do I need to be creative or know crafting already?
Absolutely not.
You don't need any previous crafting or creative experience. We will work with simple ideas and easily available materials. The focus is not on being perfect. It is about enjoying the process of creating.
Is this a recorded course?
No. The main experience is live.
We will have **24 live classes over 12 weeks**, with 2 live classes every week. The sessions will also be recorded so you can refer to them later.
What will we do in the live classes?
We will create together through simple creative activities, colouring, crafting and **Waste to Wonder** projects.
Along the way, we will also explore self-expression, self-love, emotions, happiness and reconnecting with the person you may have forgotten.
What if I miss a live class?
Don't worry.
Every live session will be recorded and shared with participants for future reference. You can watch it later and continue your journey.
Will I get personal guidance?
Yes.
You will receive hand-holding support during the journey. There will also be a **1:1 “Know Me Better” connection** where I can understand you, your interests, your creativity and what you want to create in your next chapter.
Is there a community for participants?
Yes
